BioHarvest authorizes NCIB share buyback of up to 1,133,392 shares

The board authorized a normal course issuer bid to repurchase up to 5% of outstanding common shares, covering up to 1,133,392 shares, beginning no earlier than five days from the announcement and running up to 12 months.
