Immix Biopharma reports 2 interim NEXICART-2 data: 89% complete response in AL amyloidosis

Immix Biopharma said NXC-201 interim results in relapsed or refractory AL amyloidosis showed an 89% complete response rate across patients, with no relapses reported so far among those with deep responses and no neurotoxicity or enterocolitis seen to date. Final NEXICART-2 readout and BLA submission are planned for mid-2027.
