Chesnara: voting rights notification after Al Lonie share transaction

Al Lonie, Chesnara's Group Company Secretary and PDMR, had 19,493 shares allotted to his PCA Shirley Lonie after exercising options under the 2023 Long-Term Incentive Scheme. He now holds a total interest in 67,553 ordinary shares including shares held by a PCA.
