Citizens Q4 2026 survey shows rising small business optimism and AI spending

Citizens said its Q4 2026 Business Pulse survey found 54% of U.S. small business owners expect revenue to rise over the next three months, up from 50% in Q3. The survey also found 83% plan to maintain or increase headcount and 30% plan higher technology spending, including AI.
