Sern Kou Resources Berhad to cease plywood manufacturing at 51%-owned unit

Sern Kou Resources Berhad says its 51%-owned subsidiary Sern Kou Plywood Sdn. Bhd. decided to cease plywood manufacturing operations. The company said the cessation is not a major subsidiary event under Bursa MMLR and does not constitute cessation of a major business or operation of the group.
