UMS Integration Limited enters placement agreement for up to 52,941,100 new shares

UMS Integration Limited said its board entered a placement agreement on 29 September 2026 with CGS International Securities Malaysia Sdn Bhd and AmInvestment Bank Berhad for a proposed placement of up to 52,941,100 new ordinary shares.
