Amundi trims Bayer voting rights to 2.90% from 3.04%

Amundi cut its total voting stake in Bayer to 2.9% from 3.04%. The holding was entirely via shares (28,535,616 voting rights attributed indirectly), with no voting rights reported through instruments. The threshold was crossed on Sept. 23, 2026.
