UMS Integration enters placement agreement for up to 52,941,100 shares at RM 8.50

UMS Integration entered a placement agreement for up to 52,941,100 new ordinary shares in Malaysia at RM 8.50 each, deal size up to RM 450 million. Net proceeds estimated at RM 443 million, with 75% earmarked for Penang projects and 25% for Vietnam expansion and Singapore automation.
