Powerwell Holdings Berhad enters strategic collaboration with Socomec unit

Powerwell International Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary, signed a one-year strategic collaboration agreement with Socomec Innovative Solution (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd on 29 September 2026. The deal covers opportunities in Malaysia's large data centre and hyperscale segment and does not commit either side to specific projects or volumes.
