Panthera Resources to send amended AGM notice after notice-period issue

Panthera Resources said it was scheduled to hold its AGM at 11.00 a.m. on 29 September 2026, but will send shareholders an amended notice for a new date. It said there is no change to its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026.
