XMReality launches AI agent integrated with Microsoft Copilot for support call insights

XMReality said its AI agent integrated with Microsoft Copilot lets customers query insights drawn from service and support call content. The company said it aims to expand its platform into organization-wide analytics and is available at no extra cost to Professional or Enterprise subscribers.
