CTP extends Wezel lease for about 8,800 sq m at Frickenhausen industrial site

CTP extended Wezel’s lease for about 8,800 sq m at its Frickenhausen industrial property. Wezel will continue using the site for production and logistics, with office space; the asset totals about 12,300 sq m and Wezel remains the sole tenant occupying all usable space.
