National Healthcare Properties to sell 40 outpatient medical facilities for about $531 million

The company entered a deal to sell a portfolio of 40 outpatient medical facilities for approximately $531 million. Purchaser termination rights expired Sept. 25, 2026, and closing is expected in Q4 2026 subject to customary conditions.
