Tronox Holdings plc (TROX) Signs 50/50 Deal With JXAM To Advance Rare Earths

Tronox signed a cooperation and investment agreement with JX Advanced Metals to fund ~$32M 50/50 for feasibility work on an Australia cracking plant, a U.S. refinery pre-feasibility, and a U.S. pilot. The sites are contemplated to produce up to 10,000 tpa of total rare earth oxides.Material Details…
