Anthropic co-founders to control AI lab via Founder LLC, filing shows

Anthropic's IPO filing says its co-founders will hold 50.1% voting power through a Founder LLC and that Class A shareholders may have limited influence. CEO Dario Amodei received nearly $18 million in 2025, the filing shows.
