Cypark Resources shareholders pass all resolutions at 21st AGM

Cypark Resources Berhad said shareholders passed ordinary resolutions 1 to 6 at its 21st annual general meeting on 29 September 2026. The resolutions included directors' fees and benefits, re-election of two directors, auditor reappointment and authority to issue shares.
