Theta Edge appoints Ong Koon Loong as chief financial officer

Theta Edge Berhad said it appointed Mr Ong Koon Loong as chief financial officer, effective 29 Sep 2026. It gave his working background and said he has no declared conflicts, securities interest or family links with directors or major shareholders.
