Alligator Bioscience issues warrants to Fenja Capital with up to 5% dilution potential

Alligator Bioscience issued 187,795,097 warrants series 2026/2031 to Fenja Capital free of charge tied to a renegotiated loan, carrying 5% dilution potential. Exercise runs from registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office through Oct. 31, 2031 at SEK 0.028 per share, adding 187,795,097 shares to 3,755,901,945 and for up to about SEK 5 million proceeds; earlier Fenja warrants series 2025/2030 will be cancelled and the new warrants will not be admitted to trading.
