LS Cable pushes Gaon Cable share acquisition date to Sept. 30, 2027

LS Corp’s unit LS Cable issued a correction moving its planned Gaon Cable share acquisition date to Sept. 30, 2027. The revised filing updates Gaon Cable’s capital to KRW 148.89 billion after a bonus issue and says LS Cable plans up to KRW 70 billion in on-market purchases; it held 81.62% of Gaon Cable (24,303,051 shares) as of the filing date.
