Hanmi Pharma unit says Genentech ends belvarafenib license, returns rights

Hanmi Pharmaceutical received Genentech notice ending its belvarafenib (HM95573) licensing deal on Sept. 29, 2026, with termination effective 90 days from notice and rights reverting to Hanmi Pharmaceutical. Hanmi will keep an upfront payment of USD 80 million; both sides plan a smooth handover through Dec. 27, 2026.
