Unitron Tech corrects disclosure on Namgung Seon pledge loan term to Sept. 2027

Unitron Tech revised the pledge contract date to 2026-09-29 and extended NH NongHyup Bank’s pledge on 1,650,000 shares to 2027-09-29 from 2026-09-29. Namgung Seon holds 3,057,503 shares (14.73%); full enforcement would reduce it to 768,003 shares (3.70%). Borrowing is KRW 4.5 billion and pledged amount KRW 6 billion.
