CSA Cosmic corrects EGM date to Nov. 3 from Nov. 6

CSA Cosmic set Nov. 3, 2026 for an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting after revising it from Nov. 6, following finalization of agenda details. The meeting will vote on a share consolidation with a par value change to 200 won from 100 won and amendments to the articles of incorporation, including adding an auto import-export business purpose.
