BERHAD reported deemed-interest acquisitions on 25 Sep 2026 (2,548,795) and 28 Sep 2026 (182,743) following valid acceptances under Whitmore Holdings’ unconditional mandatory take-over offer. Deemed interest totals 545,890,474 shares, with deemed interest percentage calculated based on 576,777,868 ordinary shares as at 29 September 2026.
