Muar Ban Lee Group Berhad: non-related party disposal of plantation rights for RM16 million

Muar Ban Lee Group Berhad said its indirect wholly-owned unit Sokor Gemilang Ladang Sdn. Bhd. entered a Sale and Purchase Agreement on 29 September 2026 to dispose of plantation rights to Maluri Avenue One Sdn. Bhd. for total consideration of RM16 million.
