Patrimonium Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland proposes 4.5% higher CHF 2.81 distribution

Patrimonium Asset Management AG proposed a CHF 2.81 per-share distribution for fiscal 2025/26, up 4.5%. Payment is subject to shareholder approval at the Oct. 22, 2026 general meeting. Net income rose 2.4% to CHF 8.82 million.
