IRIS Group Berhad AGM resolutions passed, including 0.5 sen dividend

IRIS Group Berhad said all resolutions at its first annual general meeting on 29 September 2026 were passed by poll. These included approval of a final single-tier dividend of 0.5 sen per share and re-election of directors.
