Ancom Nylex Berhad files shares buyback notice for 15-28 Sep 2026

The company says it will buy back shares from 15 Sep 2026 to 28 Sep 2026 under Section 127(16) of the Malaysian Companies Act 2016, with a total amount paid of MYR 3,237,248.25 for 3,724,000 shares between prices of MYR 0.855 and 0.870, and all shares retained in treasury.
