A substantial shareholder notice (Section 138 of the Companies Act 2016) says Grateful Blessings Inc’s deemed interest in MKH Berhad changed on 25 and 28 September 2026, relating to receipt of acceptances under Whitmore Holdings Sdn Bhd’s mandatory take-over offer.
