YES24 will raise KRW 20 billion in short-term borrowings via private placement bonds for working capital, including advance payments for performances. Total short-term borrowings to rise to KRW 151.8 billion from KRW 131.8 billion; board resolved Sept. 29, 2026, with issuance set for Sept. 30, 2026.
