Sajodaerim to merge wholly owned unit Sama Venture in no-share-issuance merger

Sajodaerim will merge its wholly owned unit Sama Venture as the surviving company in a no-share-issuance deal; effective Dec. 1, 2026, with registration planned for Dec. 2, 2026. Management cited higher operating efficiency and lower overlapping costs.
