LDC-backed Pace Group buys Ideal Lifts Services and two others to expand UK maintenance platform

Pace Group, backed by LDC, acquired Ideal Lifts Services, Elevators Ltd and City Lift Services to expand its UK lift maintenance platform, adding 2,000 units and raising its portfolio to about 15,000; headcount increased by 30 to about 240.
