Lotte REIT holds annual meeting, adopts FY15 financial statements and KRW 139 dividend

Lotte REIT said shareholders adopted fiscal 15th financial statements and a final cash dividend of KRW 139 per common share totaling KRW 40.17 billion at its annual shareholders’ meeting on Sept. 29, 2026.
