KOGAS to inject KRW 767.04 billion into unit KOGAS Canada Energy for LNG Canada Phase 2

Korea Gas Corporation will inject KRW 767.04 billion in cash into unit KOGAS Canada Energy to fund LNG Canada Phase 2, acquiring 799,558,025 shares to lift its stake to 100%. The board decision is dated Sept. 29, 2026, with first funding targeted for Dec. 15, 2026.
