Paradise corrects governance report: dividend predictability indicator set to non-compliant for 2025

Paradise Company Limited issued a corrected corporate governance report, revising its “cash dividend predictability” core indicator to non-compliant from compliant for the 2025 reporting period. It cited lack of actual implementation despite amending its articles to allow setting dividends before the record date, and said the revised process will apply starting with dividends for the 2026 business year.
