RNT-X resolves KRW 2 million third-party allocation at KRW 2,919 per share

RNT-X board approved a third-party placement of 685,166 shares at KRW 2,919 each to fund working capital. The price is a 10% discount to a KRW 3,243 reference. K-Yeon Investment Association is the sole allottee; payment is set for Oct. 29, 2026 and shares will list on Nov. 17, 2026.
