UdMTek corrects CEO change filing, clarifies co-CEO Jo Sang-gu’s prior employer

UDMTek filed a correction to its CEO change disclosure, revising a career disclosure for newly appointed co-CEO Jo Sang-gu and changing Samsung C&T’s status to KOSPI-listed. The filing says the original entry incorrectly stated Samsung C&T was delisted with a 2014-07-15 delisting date. Co-CEOs Jo Sang-gu and Wang Ji-nam took office effective 2026-09-28.
