Leverage Shares plans adjourned meeting on 3x Short UBS ETP consolidation

Leverage Shares plc said the ETP Securityholders' meeting for its Leverage Shares -3x Short UBS ETP Securities was adjourned for lack of quorum to 15 October 2026. The issuer is proposing a consolidation to a target ETP Security Value of about US$30 per ETP Security after the series fell below 2% of principal amount on 31 August 2026.
