Chugai licenses RAF-MEK molecular glue SPYK04 to InxMed in worldwide deal

Chugai Pharmaceutical licensed SPYK04 to InxMed under an exclusive worldwide deal covering development, manufacturing and commercialization for solid-tumor indications. Chugai will receive an upfront payment, sales-based royalties post-launch and a profit share on non-royalty income from sublicensees.
