Galliford Try announces PDMR conditional share awards under LTIP

Galliford Try said conditional awards over 571,811 ordinary shares were granted on 25 September 2026 to several PDMRs under its long-term incentive plan. The awards normally vest after three years, subject to service and performance conditions.
