SK Inc controlling shareholder group trims stake by 200 shares to 25.21%

SK Inc said the controlling shareholder group reduced its common stock holding by 200 shares to 18,418,969 shares, still representing 25.21% of shares outstanding, following an on-market sale by related party Yoojin Choi.
