SK On to assume KRW 2.028 trillion debt for SK Battery America bonds

SK Inc unit SK On will assume KRW 2.028 trillion of debt covering principal and interest on USD 500 million 4.875% bonds due 2027 and USD 1 billion 4.250% bonds due 2029, with effectiveness pending bondholder approval of an issuer change expected in late October 2026.
