Fantagio corrects fiscal year-end change disclosure, transition year ends Dec. 31, 2026

Fantagio corrected its filing after previously stating the transition year would end on Dec. 1, 2026, saying it ends on Dec. 31, 2026. The company said the fiscal year-end remains shifted to December from June, effective July 1, 2026, after the Sept. 29, 2026 shareholder meeting.
