Isaac Engineering chair Kim Chang Su keeps 56.70% stake, pledged shares rise to 6.47%

Kim Chang Su kept voting rights unchanged at 4,700,000 shares (56.70%) while a new share-backed loan contract lifted pledged shares under major contracts to 536,239 from 363,078; pledged-share ratio rose to 6.47% from 4.38% as of Sept. 29, 2026.
