Traffic shifts LS Electric railway signaling unit acquisition closing to Oct. 16, 2026

Traffic revised its planned acquisition of LS Electric’s railway signaling business unit, moving the closing date to Oct. 16, 2026 from Sept. 30, 2026 and rescheduling a KRW 3 billion first balance payment to Oct. 16. Total consideration remains KRW 74.54 billion in cash.
