Delta Giri Wacana EGM adopts charter amendment on business scope under 2025 classification

PT Delta Giri Wacana held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on Sept. 28, 2026, adopting amendments to Article 3 to align the company’s purpose, objectives and business activities with the 2025 industry classification.
