Taiyo Yuden and TDK sign MOU to jointly develop MLCCs and AI data-centre inductors

Taiyo Yuden signed an MOU with TDK on Sept. 29, 2026 for a business alliance targeting joint development of MLCCs and inductors for AI data centers, plus manufacturing and procurement cooperation and a potential future capital tie-up. Taiyo Yuden expects only a minor impact on results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
