Italy issues Golden Power conditions on Pirelli defence activities, targeting ABET HTS JV

Italy’s government used Golden Power powers to impose binding technical-organisational conditions via a DPCM on Pirelli’s defence-related activities, including a joint development agreement with ABET HTS for remotely guided electric ground vehicles for extreme environments.
