ECR Minerals amends A$2 million deferred consideration payment

ECR Minerals PLC said it has amended a A$2 million deferred consideration payment to be contingent on ECR Minerals (Paleogold) Ltd receiving corresponding proceeds from gold production and sales from the Maddens project.
