Kwang Jin Ind. revises payment date for KRW 5 billion third-party share sale

Kwang Jin Ind. corrected its July 2 filing, moving the payment date to Nov. 13, 2026 from Sept. 29, 2026 and shifting the listing date to Dec. 2, 2026 from Oct. 19, 2026. The deal remains the allotment of 1,245,331 shares at KRW 4,015 each raising KRW 5,000,003,965 for working capital.
