PPI Public Property Invest calls EGM for Oct 23 on SEK 1,350,775,000 related-party deals

Shareholders in Stockholm will vote Oct. 23, 2026 on approving two related-party acquisitions from SocialCo Fastigheter covering SBB Tuna Äng 1 and SBB Nöthagen 5, with total agreed property value of SEK 1,350,775,000.
